We took our dog for the deluxe bath with the Fall special yesterday (apple scented shampoo, teeth cleaning, etc.) and he is SO SOFT!!! This was our first time and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Definitely recommend!

Today was Herman's first visit for daycare at Dog Tired on James Island and he must have had a great time because he is worn out. He even tried to go back in when I picked him up! Everyone has been very friendly, professional and accommodating. And it is so close to home - takes 5 minutes to get there! We would recommend Dog Tired without hesitation.

I took my 4-year-old cocker spaniel here for the first time and had a great experience! Michelle was the groomer and did an amazing job! My dog’s fur is so soft and was exactly the type of cut I was looking for. We will definitely be back!

Our Australian Labradoodle River has been to Dog Tired 4 times. I would recommend this place to ANYONE with a dog! River is always in a great mood when he gets out of the car and always looks ADORABLE when we pick him up. The first time you go they carefully take the time to see if your dog is comfortable with interacting with other dogs in a group play situation and then they have play times. The staff is SO NICE and clearly are all dog lovers. I thought I would never board River anywhere, but I would trust him for sure if I ever get in that spot. This place gets 2 big thumbs up!!

Just picked up my Shih tzu Alice after a day of pampering and she looks adorable! Best cut she's ever had! She was in a super happy and super peppy mood and seemed to really enjoy her time there!!! Also, compared to several other groomers I've used, the prices are fair and lower than most... plus the drop off, pick up, and appointment setting process is a breeze!! They got me in right away and called my vet to get her vaccine info for me! So convenient! We will be back!!

All the staff at Dog Tired are courteous, friendly and caring to both humans and canines. As soon as I put the car in park, my dog starts to wiggle from the tip of his nose to the end of his tail. I can barely control his excitement as we round the corner to enter the front door. At the end of the day my exuberant 6-month-old Goldendoodle is just plain Dog Tired! We highly recommend this facility for daycare and grooming. I haven't had the occasion to board, but I wouldn't hesitate to leave my pop in their capable hands.

Dog Tired pet services on James Island has gone above and beyond. The entire staff shows such kindness when you walk through the door. I especially want to thank Joey at the James Island location. Joey treats my dog Cortez like his own. I enjoy hearing all the wonderful things Joey has done with Cortez when I pick him up at the end of the day. As someone that works in the veterinary field, I feel comfortable leaving my dog with the staff. I can leave my dog for the day knowing he is in good hands and when I pick him up he’ll be tired mentally and physically. Thank goodness! I would highly recommend Dog Tired pet services of James Island.
